Wine associated with the birth fo good King Henry IV, this sweet white wine from the Jurancon AOC is golden thanks to the Foehn effect (dry, hot wind blowing from Spain) that allows the 'passerillage' process and late harvest of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grapes.  Lively, elegant, fresh and airy,  its aromas are exotic with "confit" notes.  Rich with good aging potential, it can be enjoyed young with its typical freshness and acidity.  Over time, it will display notes of honey, truffle and walnut. ~ Winery
