Alexakis - Assyrtiko 2022 (750ml)

Tasting Notes:Bright yellow with green hues, it bursts with passionfruit, mango, and citrus zest, balanced by a characteristic salty minerality and sharp acidity. 
Winemaking:Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged sur lie (on the lees) for 3 months to add texture and creamy biscuit undertones.                                                                                                                                     

Food Pairings:The high acidity makes it incredibly food-friendly. It’s perfect alongside grilled octopus, fried calamari, sushi, or a fresh Greek salad.
