Negroni
Ingredients:
1 oz. Aperitivo 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth Ice Orange peel for garnish Directions: Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, aperitivo, and sweet vermouth. Stir well for about 30 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled rocks glass.
