Jaffelin - Rully Blanc 2022 (750ml)

The grapes are harvested by hand then pressed. The alcoholic fermantation takes place in steel vats. An ageing of 11 months in french oak barrels, including 20% new oak, without any stirring.  A gold colour with green hints. Very expressive on the nose, which is both fruity and floral. Straight forward on entry to the palate and showing tropical fruit on the finish.  Grilled fish, poultry ad hard cheeses such as Comté.
