Bloomer Creek Vin d'Été (meaning "Summer Wine") is a light, fresh, and quaffable Cabernet Franc—often made as a field blend with Gamay. The wine is un-oaked, highly aromatic, and designed to be drunk slightly chilled. Bright and brambly. Look for notes of red cherry, tart black cherry, dark currant, jasmine, and a touch of peppery, earthy spice. Medium acidity with medium tannins. It is juicy, fresh, and fruit-forward with flavors of raspberry, cranberry, and blackberry jam.
